Edwards's previous books include:

  • Embedded Engineering from Consultancy to the Corporate Ladder
  • Open Source Robotics and Process Control Cookbook
  • Embedded System Design on a Shoestring

Additionally, Edwards often contributes to IBM's DeveloperWorks website. For example, he recently wrote a five-part article series about Apple's Mac Mini as an embedded Linux development system.

The 256-page book is available now from, priced at $40.

Edwards maintains a webpage listing his publications, here.
