San Jose, Calif. — (company press release) — Integrated Software & Devices Corporation (ISDCorp), a leader in embedded Linux, Royal Linux, and VxWorks software solutions, today announced that Art Swift has joined the company as its president and chief operating officer. He will be responsible for sales, marketing, engineering, business development and human resources and will direct the company through… its next phase of corporate growth and development. Swift brings to the position twenty years of experience in the electronics industry in management roles that span engineering, marketing, sales and general management. He has specialized in both startup and turn-around situations and has a successful track record of establishing market leadership in high-growth businesses.

“We are excited about Art Swift joining us as he has both large and small company experience, relationships with all leading suppliers of microprocessors in the industry and can make an impact, day one, in our business. Art and I have worked together in different business situations over the past two years and I know he will be able to take ISDCorp to the next level of achievement in the embedded computing market,” commented Reza Soliman-Noori, chairman and CEO.

“For the past two years, while I was at Cirrus Logic, I had the privilege of being a customer of ISDCorp — and can personally attest to the organization's high standards of quality and customer service. I found ISDCorp to have a unique set of software capabilities that help its customers to reach the market quickly. It is a pleasure to be associated with such a top-notch organization,” observed Swift.
