TimeSys establishes presence in Japan

TimeSys Corporation, a supplier of Embedded Linux software for real-time system applications, today announced the launch of its Japan-based sales and support office, TimeSys Japan, K.K. Located in suburban Tokyo, in the college-town Kichijoji, the new TimeSys facility will target Japan's rich automotive, consumer electronic, telecommunications, and aerospace industries.

TimeSys Japan will be managed by Paul Rubin, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in Japan. Rubin, who will serve in the position of Vice President, TimeSys Japan, previously worked for TRW, Lehman Brothers Asia, Rational Software, and Toyota Motors.
