Sep 8, 2006 — by LinuxDevices Staff — from the LinuxDevices Archive — views

OpenClovis will present a series of free (with registration), hour-long webinars for system architects and engineers interested in applying its commercially supported open-source high availability middleware within telecommunications products. The first webinar, set for Tues., Sept. 12th, describes how OpenClovis middleware can be used to manage distributed nodes.

OpenClovis's first webinar, on node manageability, targets system architects, designers, and engineers. It will show “how to store device information in an object repository and provide a consistent northbound interface, and how to automate code generation and information modeling with the OpenClovis Integrated Development Environment (IDE),” the company says.

Future webinar topics and dates include:

  • Migrating legacy systems and applications to AdvancedTCA COTS-based hardware platforms using OpenClovis — October 10
  • High availability: how OpenClovis Does It — November 7
