Two prominent PC/104 module vendors merge

Utah-based Parvus Corp. and Italian SBC company EuroTech SpA announced that they have merged their two companies. According to the announcement “the merger establishes a global leader in products for embedded PC/104 computers, which are increasingly used in aviation, industrial, medical, military, and transportation electronics equipment.” No financial terms were disclosed.
