Motorola has agreed to acquire a Swedish provider of Linux-based IPTV STBs (Internet protocol TV set-top boxes). Kreatel Communications supplies STBs to service providers throughout Europe, and will be integrated into Motorola's Connected Home Solutions business. (more…)
