The device, which contains an embedded computer based on an Axis ETRAX 100 system-on-chip processor, runs uClinux as its embedded operating system and uses TCP/IP and other standard networking protocols to transfer digital video images anywhere on the web. The images can be conveniently viewed, and the camera's operation controlled, using an ordinary browser.
