May 30, 2001 — by LinuxDevices Staff — from the LinuxDevices Archive — 3 views

Socorro, NM — (press release excerpt) — RTLinux specialist FSMLabs today announced the availability of JumpStart training courses on embedded Linux, RTLinux, and MiniRTLinux. These two-day, hands-on, on-site classes are designed for groups of five or more students, and will be taught by FSM developers expert in both core real-time technology and practical real-time applications.

The JumpStart training courses will be custom-designed, based on students' pre-existing knowledge–one course might start with basic Linux installation, another with principles of real-time programming and a third with the design of RTLinux drivers. FSMLabs is accepting reservations for short courses for June, July and August, 2001. Courses will be taught at client facilities, in order to make use of customer-chosen equipment and intact project groups. Instruction will be given by professional RTLinux developers and application engineers.
