JTAG emulator supports eCos on ARM7, ARM9

The PEEDI (powerful embedded Ethernet interface) emulator is available with an ARM7 board, the free eCos operating system, and GNU toolchains for Linux and Windows/Cygwin hosts.
According to Ronetix, PEEDI comes with support for 750 Flash devices. It has a built-in telnet interface for target Flash programming and simple debugging. Download speeds up to 400Kb per second are possible, the company claims.
The PEEDI emulator, front and back
The PEEDI emulator is available as part of a starter kit that includes Ronetix's EB55800 evaluation board (pictured at right). The board is based on an Atmel AT91M55800A, a 32-bit RISC processor that clocks up to 33MHz. The kit also includes a CD with GNU toolchains for Linux and Windows, as well as eCos example applications.
