“Liberate Technologies said Wednesday that it has teamed up with Samsung Electronics to provide interactive video over digital subscriber line networks. The service will include a digital set-top box that supports the MPEG video compression standard to deliver interactive video over telecommunications companies' DSL networks . . .”
