Lineo releases update to Embedix SDK

The upgrade includes several new and updated packages and library symlinks to the core Embedix Linux and Embedix SDK tool-chain code.

-  A new update wizard automates installation of new packages and
enhancements
 -  Improved development wizards
 -  Better size estimation
 -  Updates to the tool which minimizes the effort required to integrate a
user downloaded kernel with the SDK
 -  Support for more types of compressed archives (for package sources) among
other features
 -  The ability to download source archives directly from the Internet during
the build
 -  Support for processing individual build phases
 -  Improved deployment scripts
