Anthony Massa has just written a new book about eCos. The book is due out towards the end of November. It is titled: Embedded Software Development with eCos (ISBN 0-13-035473-2) and is being published by Prentice Hall PTR. Massa has also written several articles about eCos for various magazines based on some of the information covered in the book.
