Thin clients add performance, DVI

Jan 23, 2006 — by LinuxDevices Staff — from the LinuxDevices Archive — 2 views

Neoware has introduced two new thin clients terminals, one said to be the company's “highest performance” thin client. The e90 and e140 both feature compact, space-saving designs and are available with an embedded Linux operating system.

Another touted feature of the new thin clients is a built-in power supply that eliminates the external power “brick” required with many other thin clients. This results in easier installation, higher reliability, better ergonomics, and “fewer accidental power disconnects,” the company says.
