In-Stat will present a free (with registration) Webinar on how WiFi, mesh, WiMAX, and 3G will compete and complement each other in the complex wireless broadband space. The hour-long Webinar, entitled “Wireless Broadband Evolution — Technology Landscape and End-User Attitudes,” takes place Jun. 21 at 2PM EDT / 11AM PDT.

The Webinar will feature presentations from three In-Stat analysts, including:

  • Allen Nogee, principal analyst, wireless infrastructure
  • Daryl Schoolar, senior analyst, service provider strategies and equipment
  • Gemma Tedesco, senior analyst, wireless networking

The webinar will include an overview of WiFi, mesh, WiMAX, and 3G technologies, a “device roadmap,” and the results of a survey examining the attitudes of business travelers toward wireless broadband data services. The presentation will conclude with a question-and-answer session.

A registration page is available here. More information about In-Stat's Wireless Broadband Evolution Service can be found here.
