An announcement from theKompany.com . . .

TheKompany.com has announced tkcCalendar, an enhanced replacement to the calendar included in the Zaurus. When you install it, the default calendar will be moved out of the way (it is moved back when/if you uninstall). This means that your original data is preserved and there is no interruption with synchronization. Our alarm can beep the speaker in a variety of styles as well as flash the light if you wish (either/or). An improved 'Week Mode' view is also included, plus an additional field for Events. Overall, tkcCalendar is easier to use, with more options and a more sophisticated user interface.

tkcCalendar includes the following features:

  • Day/Week/Month view modes
  • Beam events
  • Synchronization with desktop software is maintained
  • Enhanced appointment information
  • Repeatable events
  • audio and visual alarms, select from a variety of beeps and blinks to get your attention
  • Pre-built and extendable categories

Price is only $5.95 and it can be downloaded from theKompany.com's website.
