Agito Networks announced the availability of its Linux-powered RoamAnywhere Mobility Router. Designed to help enterprises cut mobile phone fees, the router works with dual-mode phones, routing calls over WiFi when available, and passing calls between WiFi and cellular networks.
French mini-PC vendor Linutop is shipping an upgrade to its compact, Xubuntu Linux-based computing appliance. The Linutop 2 offers a faster 500MHz Geode processor, 512MB of RAM and 1GB of Flash, along with a new optional VESA mounting bracket.

Built on a 0.13 micron process, the VC0818 offers a variety of multimedia features, supports three-megapixel camera sensors, and is available with a complete development platform, Vimicro says.
