LynuxWorks nets $4M funding and reports positive cash flow

LynuxWorks has raised $4 million in “bridge funding” and is in negotiations with venture companies for additional funding, according to an announcement to be issued later today. The company has also successfully achieved quarter-over-quarter growth for the final two quarters of its fiscal year, which ended April 30, 2002. (more…)
