Extended-temp XScale to handle truly hot apps

The new 80200T is available in speed grades up to 733 MHz and has the StrongARM core common to the XScale family. It consumes less than 1.3 watts, and can operate over the 'industrial' temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius (-104 to +185 degree F), according to Intel's specs.
Intel is aiming the 80200T at applications in telematics, automotive, industrial, and communications markets with demanding environmental conditions.
Along with the 733 MHz vesion, the Intel 80200T will also be available in speeds of 600, 400, and 200 MHz. 10,000 piece pricing for each of the four speeds will be $103, $66, $42, and $30, respectively. Production shipments are expected to begin in February, 2003.
