The DIMM144 format (2.7 x 1.4 in.) module offers a choice of 300 MHz or 400 MHz processors, 32/64MB SRAM, 32MB Flash, and RedBoot firmware. Support for Linux-based operation is currently available.
Pinouts are provided for the PXA-250's I²C bus, UCB 1400 20-bit stereo audio codec, microphone/headphone, JTAG, USB, Bluetooth UART, LCD controller with Touchscreen interface, and PCMCIA/CompactFlash interface.
