Former SCO exec becomes MontaVista’s new Marketing VP

Baker's extensive background of more than 20 years of related industry experience includes multiple marketing, sales and engineering management positions. Prior to MontaVista, she spent 11 years at The Santa Cruz Operation, Inc. (SCO), a leading provider of UNIX operating systems, where she most recently served as vice president of U.S. channel sales. In addition to SCO, Baker has held management, marketing and engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard, Applicon Company and Raytheon Equipment Division. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from State University of New York at Albany and a master of science degree in management and computer information systems from Northeastern University in Boston.
