Glomation is selling an ARM9-powered single-board computer (SBC) for just $65 in volume. The GESBC-9302 measures 4 x 3.8 inches, is powered by a Cirrus Logic SoC (system-on-chip) with an ARM9 core clocked at 200MHz, and comes with a Linux kernel, drivers, tools, and filesystem.

The CESBC-9302 is based on a Cirrus Logic EP-9302 SoC, which features an ARM9 core with math co-processor, along with a “MaverickKey” cryptographic engine aimed at DRM (digital rights management) and network encryption applications.

The SBC comes standard with 32MB of 100MHz high-speed SDRAM, and between 4MB and 16MB of Flash.

I/O includes dual UARTs, dual USB ports, a 10/100 Ethernet port, and 20 digital I/O lines. Analog I/O includes a 5-channel, 12-bit A/D converter. Optionally available is an 8-channel A/D converter with programmable gain amplifier configurable as single ended or differential input.

The CESBC-9302 measures 4 x 3.8 inches, and can operate between 0 and 70 degrees Celsius (an extended temperature version is optionally available).

On the software side, the board comes with a RedBoot bootloader, Linux 2.4.21 kernel, Debian ARM Linux filesystem with http and ssh servers, and a Linux cross development tool chain. eCos and Windows CE BSPs (board-support packages) are also optionally available with the GESBC-9302.
