Themis Computer and TimeSys Corp. announced that the TimeSys Linux Real-Time Operating System and its associated software development tools are now available for the Themis family of UltraSPARC-based USPIIe-USB VMEbus single-board computers (SBCs). The Themis USPIIe-USB SBCs are targeted primarily to mission critical telecom and military/aerospace… applications, which can make use of the “true real-time performance” of TimeSys Linux RTOS, the companies said.
