Qt 3.0 beta 1 can be downloaded here. Qt 3.0 will be released under one of three licenses: Commercial, for developers who want to develop commercial software; Academic, for educational institutions who want to teach Qt on platforms that would otherwise require a Commercial license; and GPL for developers who wish to create free software under the terms of this well-established licensing protocol.
