Berlin forum to feature talks on real-time and embedded Linux

The Open Group has announced the talks for the the Real-time and Embedded Systems Forum which takes place on 25th-27th April, 2001, at the Maritim pro Arte Hotel in Berlin, Germany, co-located with The Open Group Quarterly Conference, the Wireless Enabled Enterprise. The Forum meeting takes the form of a general open plenary session on the Wednesday, followed by working group sessions all day Thursday,… with a wrap up session on the Friday morning.

Paolo Mantegazza, RTAI project leader, will make a presentation about the Real Time Application Interface (RTAI), and Manfred Hollstein will provide Red Hat's perspective on Embedded Linux standards, challenges, and obstacles.
