Free online seminar tackles open source license issues

The one-hour event will be held at 2 p.m. Eastern (11 a.m. Pacific).
Editors Stephanie Chang and Oliver Kaven, as well as Sharon Linsenbach, senior managing editor of eSeminars at Ziff Davis Media, will comprise the panel. The group will discuss:
- New OSI criteria for license submissions
- How these criteria affect your business
- Identifying odd licenses among existing open source software
- What to do if you find conflicting licenses
The seminar is free with registration, and it requires a PC with a variety of properly configured browser plug-ins. After registering, users can access a browser test page. Following the event, the seminar will be archived here (reg. required).
