Panel 1125-675
Axiomtek's 1125-675 is an industrial panel PC targeting transportation, factory automation, and HMI (human-machine interface) applications. It is based on an Intel Pentium III processor, and features a 12.1-inch, 350 NITS, 800 x 600, TFT LCD touchscreen. It includes a laptop-sized 2.5-inch hard drive, and a slim floppy drive, with a slim CD-ROM drive optionally available. The device also includes CompactFlash and DiskOnChip sockets. Other interfaces include two USB ports, one PCI/ISA expansion slot, and a four-channel digital-I/O connector.
Customer options include CPU speed, touch screen options, AC or DC power supply, and slim CD-ROM.

eBox 746-EFL
The eBox 746-EFL, pictured at top, is a passively cooled embedded PC based on a Via Eden processor. It adds a mid-line model to Axiomtek's eBox series, which also includes models based on Pentium M and AMD Geode processors. Like other eBox models, the 746-EFL supports wall-mount or DIN rail mounting, and targets industrial embedded applications.
The eBox 746-EFL is available with either a 70W AC or 70W 24VDC power supply. It is powered by a ULP (ultra-low power) Via Eden processor, available at 400MHz, 667MHz, or 1GHz.
Interfaces include three RS-232 serial ports, one RS-485/422/232 port, 10/100 Ethernet, one PS/2 port, one USB port, one parallel port, and a VGA port. Expansion interfaces include one 2.5-inch laptop hard drive bay, and a Type II CompactFlash/microdrive slot. A configurable watchdog timer offers 64 levels between 0.5 and 1600 seconds, the company says.
The 746-EFL is housed in a heavy-duty steel case with a die-cast aluminum heatsink. It supports operating environments from -25 to 50 degrees Celsius, and storage environments from -25 to 80 degrees Celsius. It measures 10.4 x 8.9 x 2.5 inches (255 x 225 x 63mm), and weighs 5.83 pounds (2.65kg).
Axiomtek offers 2.4-series Linux BSPs for its x86-based single-board computers and systems.
