Acrosser is shipping a new PCI-104 SBC (single-board computer) based on a low-power AMD Geode LX800 processor. The AR-B1622 is supported with drivers for Linux, and targets space-constrained, fanless designs such as portable medical equipment, according to the company.

Acrosser lists the following key features and specifications for the AR-B1622:

  • 24-bit TTL interface for TFT LCD panel

Acrosser says the AR-B1622 supports “Linux 6.5,” or later, most likely meaning 2.6.5 kernels, or later.

The AB-B1622 appears to be available now. Pricing was not disclosed.
