IEI Technology announced a microATX industrial motherboard with an Intel H61 Express chipset and support for Intel Core i7/i5/i3 (“Sandy Bridge”), Pentium, or Celeron processors. The IMB-H610 supports up to 16GB of DDR3 SDRAM, and offers PCI Express expansion, four SATA connections, dual gigabit Ethernet ports, 10 USB 2.0 ports, six serial ports, and VGA and DVD-D ports, among other I/O.

The IMB-H610 is equipped with an Intel H61 Express chipset and an LGA1155 socket that supports a wide range of Intel processors, says IEI. These are said to include the Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors from the "Sandy Bridge" generation, as well as Intel Pentium and Celeron processors. Dual DIMMs support up to 16GB of DDR3 SDRAM at up to 1333MHz, says the company.

The PCI Express (PCIe) x16 slot and three PCIe x1 slots support options such as image capture cards for industrial automation, notes the company. To view those images, one can choose between the VGA and DVD-D ports, both of which are available on the coastline.

Other coastline ports include dual gigabit Ethernet ports, four of the 10 available USB 2.0 ports, plus PS/2 and audio I/O, says IEI. Two of the five RS-232 ports are also available as real-world ports, with an additional RS-232/422/485 interface available internally. Four SATA ports, as well as I2C and DIO interfaces are also found inside, and there's an option for a TPM 1.2 security wafer.

The board uses the 9.6 x 9.6-inch microATX form-factor, and supports operating temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 deg. F, says IEI. Operating system support is not listed, but the IMB-H610 is said to include IEI's One Key Recovery software for full system backup on demand, as well as recovery to a previously made backup.
