14 case studies: Linux in industrial embedded systems

Dec 19, 2003 — by LinuxDevices Staff — from the LinuxDevices Archive — 2 views

Industrial Embedded Systems (INES), a project to promote the adoption of Open Source software funded by the European Union (EU), has begun publishing a collection of papers and presentations on the use of embedded Linux in the “real world.”

Individually, the papers provide insight into implementing industrial projects with embedded Linux. Collectively, they provide gathering evidence that embedded Linux continues to pop up in the darnedest places. Enjoy . . . !

Please note: Be sure to check the INES website for any possible updates to these projects, as well as the appearance of new industrial projects and products based on embedded Linux and open source technology.
