Sixth Real-time Linux Workshop issues call for papers

Interested speakers should submit a 2,000-word abstract on one of several pre-set topics by August 1, 2004.
Topics include:
- Real-time Modifications and variants of the GNU/Linux OS
- Contributions and tools around and to real-time Linux variants
- Real-time Linux applications, in academia, research and industry
- Tools for embedding Linux or real-time Linux, embedded real-time Linux applications
- Work in progress reports:
- Industrial application fields only. Partially working systems should be presented, not just concepts. Give project overview on:
- project status
- summary of involved technologies
- experience to pass on

- Educational material on realtime Linux
Abstracts may be submitted as ASCII text through an online form. Additional deadlines are as follows:
- Aug 1 Abstract or paper draft
- Sep 5 Notification of acceptance
- Oct 3 Final paper
- Nov 3-5 Workshop
Fees to attend the Workshop are set as follows:
- (Co-)Authors US$0
- Students US$50 (waived if volunteering. Grants available.)
- Individuals US$80
- Companies US$200
